Yes! Every photo is a real home I staged or styled, and I add new before and afters to Instagram and Facebook every week.
After our walk-through consultation, sellers complete a list of updates, such as painting, packing and small repairs. Then I come back on staging day and put the final magic tweaks on it, right before the photos.
Fresh neutral paint, a rug under the dining table to define the space, new bedding, lamps, and furniture placed to show off the room. Even a freshly painted front door makes a big first impression.
