Hello everyone! I'm Lindsay, the Stager. I was the little girl who rearranged my room (and everyone else's) every week, to see which clever furniture positioning and old treasures I could come up with. I love furniture and accessories, especially rugs. I really love rugs. Oh, and books!
I finally put this perfectionism to work when I reinvented myself as a stager, my second career. I credit my home staging training to the legend Bobbie McGrath of Successful Staging, who convinced me to start my own company in 2017, after three years of staging experience. It felt like a big leap! Since then I've staged over 1,200 occupied homes, my specialty. These transformations often lead to designing and decorating my sellers' new homes, and that's always a compliment.

Call or Text MeThat career move I mentioned? I grew up on stage. For over 25 years I had a successful career as a professional dancer. I was born in Washington, D.C. and trained with the Maryland Youth Ballet Academy in Bethesda. Living and dancing all over the world brought accolades including The Joffrey Ballet, New York City Ballet, "Victoria" (the white cat) in CATS, and Disney's Beauty and the Beast. I graduated from Jacksonville University on scholarship with a B.F.A. in Dance and a minor in Creative Writing.
My theatre background taught me how to tell a story that sells, and how to put together one heck of a production in record time. I work primarily in Raleigh and the Triangle, from Raleigh to Pittsboro and Wilmington. I'm a former President of the Real Estate Staging Association. When I'm not making homes beautiful or teaching real estate teams why staging matters, you can find me with my toes in the sand or hunting for hidden treasures at flea markets and thrift stores.
